It is often suggested that where we live helps to shape how we see the world. How do you think your experience, your ideas about the world, your education, opportunities, and interests would be different if you had grown up and attended high school in an urban/inner city areas OR in a rural area? Please consider drawing upon any real or imagined experiences you have had personally about urban/rural life, or those from pieces you have read as part of your studies at CHS/Epic.

Sports
In Clintonville we have a lot of different sports such as Boys and Girls Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Swim, and Soccer. We were wondering if most of your sports were indoors or outdoors and if they are funded by the school, or are if they are club sports.
In our small town we have about 14 bars and just as many churches. How does religion and play a part in your life? And how does alcohol effect your life?

Major Events
I have not made my students contributors just yet (sorry, guys!) but Lucy was wondering--Are there any major events that occur in Clintonville? Festivals? Concerts? Annual parades or things that you all look forward to near where you live?

What opportunities do the big city present?
Here in Clintonville I feel that we are quite restrained. Not many opportunities are available for people our age, so I was wondering if you feel the big city offers you more options for things like jobs, clubs, and volunteer or community service hours.
School Spirit Activities
At Clintonville, we try to encourage dress up days and fun school activities. This week we have FFA week. We also have days such as Bring Your Tractor to School Day. There is a police escort that lets tons of tractors drive to school. Does your school have any fun days like that?
Hey guys, our class is wondering if you live at Epic, or if you commute from your house to school like we do?
